According to Mr. Walk Kasievich of Comcast Business Services any client’s with a service interruption due to a disaster issue such as explosion, fire, flood, industrial accident or other perils affecting their data communication including Comcast cable, T-1, phone lines or fiber optics that are Comcast client’s should contact Comcast as soon as the outage is recognized with their service address location as well as their account number anytime they have experienced a disaster event or service interruption by calling.
